Maryland track & field head coach Andrew Valmon joined First Lady Michelle Obama to celebrate her 'Let's Move!' initiative and help create worldwide focus on the 2012 Summer Olympic Games and Nickelodeon's Worldwide Day of Play.

Valmon, who is serving as the U.S. head track and field coach, joined the First Lady and a slew of other athletes, including David Beckham and Carl Lewis, at the US Ambassador to the UK's residence, Winfield House/Regent's Park on Friday.

Obama, who is leading the U.S. delegation to opening ceremonies, said she'll spend the next two days as a spectator, cheering on the U.S. team in person at venues across the city.

The 2012 Summer Games kick off on Friday night in London with the Opening Ceremony in London's Olympic Stadium.  A tape delay version of the ceremony will be available on NBC at 7:30 p.m.
