Bracket Breakdown

With a big run to end the season, Maryland garnered the third overall seed in this year's tournament.  For a rundown of this year's bracket, here's a link to Baltimore Sun reporter Kathy Dunn's take on the tourney field.  There appears to be more parity than ever in the game and this year's bracket is a direct reflection of that.

Tracking the Terps

Current players have made lots of waves on Maryland's leader charts this season.

Here is a link to the most updated career and single season records.

You'll notice Alex Aust is a mere 10 helpers away from tying Jen Adams' record for assists in a single season at Maryland.  Aust is also two points away from the 10th highest total on the Terps' single-season points list.

Katie Schwarzmann is climbing the single-season goals chart for the Terps, currently ranking 10th with 63.  The 2012 ACC Offensive Player of the Year is seventh in career goals at Maryland with 161.

Karri Ellen Johnson sits at No. 2 (232) and No. 4 (291) on Maryland's career goals and points lists, respectively.

Last, but not least, kudos to Iliana Sanza for being named ACC Defensive Player of the Year on Tuesday!

See you Saturday!
