Hudson Taylor graduated from Maryland in 2010 as the Terps' first three-time All-American and captured numerous honors while in College Park. After departing Maryland as one of the most decorated wrestlers in program history, Taylor set out to increase awareness for Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender (LBGT) athletes by founding AthleteAlly.com.
The NCAA profiled the former Terp, currently an assistant wrestling coach at Columbia University, in a feature published April 30. The article touches on his time at the university, his initial steps to help people realize the power of their words, and the creation of AthleteAlly.com.
The article was written by Zak Keefer and can be read by clicking here.
Taylor was also featured as part of the NCAA's Buick Human Highlight Reel series in the fall. The video is available here.
