The Terps held their final practice before facing NC State Saturday at Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium (3:30 p.m. kickoff).The team hit the field at the on-campus facility Thursday morning for about 90 minutes.
Practice News and Notes:
- The Terps adjusted their Thursday practice schedule due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. Meetings started at 8:30 a.m., with the team hitting the field around 10 a.m. The squad is scheduled to return to the Gossett Team House at noon Friday for meetings and the normal walk-through.
- With Saturday serving as the final home game for 16 seniors, many were named game captains. OL Paul Pinegar and WR Adrian Cannon will lead the offense, LBs Adrian Moten and Alex Wujciak will be the defensive captains, and WR LaQuan Williams and P/PK Travis Baltz (special teams) will handle specials teams.
- WR Adrian Coxson and LB Lorne Goree were named the scout team players of the week.
- WR Emani Lee-Odai will carry the Maryland flag onto the field Saturday, while RB Paul Lariviere will carry the American flag.
