Tony Logan hit the Maryland record book with his third-quarter 84-yard punt return which gave the Terps a 14-9 advantage.
Logan's 84-yard punt return was his second of the season (85-yarder vs.
FIU, 9/25/10) and career. The two returns for TDs are tied for second on
the Maryland single-season chart with Steve Suter (two in 2003) and Bob
Smith (two in 1973). Suter holds the record with four in 2004.
Logan, who is also tied for third on the Maryland career list, is the fifth player in school history with two or more punt returns for a TD.
Suter had six in his career and Smith three. Jermaine Lewis and Ronnie Waller had two apiece.
