CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Senior Sean Bosdosh led Maryland at the Tar Heel Intercollegiate as he finished 13th in the final individual standings. Freshman Victor Fox jumped up 11 spots on the leaderboard in the final round Sunday.
"We're off to a slow start," head coach Jason Rodenhaver said. "This was not our best performance, I am happy for Sean, who has continued to lead us. He's done that for awhile now and we need others to step up. We'll look to straighten some things out this week and we will get that done."
Bosdosh shot a two-over par for a combined score of 218 (74-71-73). Fox was tied for 60th on the leaderboard after Saturday's rounds, then shot a one-over 73 Sunday to move up 11 places.
In his first collegiate tournament, freshman Connor Tendall rebounded Sunday to shoot a one-over 73 and move up 12 spots as well. He finished the weekend with a combined score of 230 (80-77-73).
Junior Ben Warnquist finished the weekend with a score of 232 (82-75-75) and sophomore Tom Harris finished with a 239 (73-80-86).
