On the win:
"A dominating win from start to finish. I really liked our second half, where I thought we weren't satisfied. We really locked in defensively and we really shared the basketball. To be able to see a game like this, especially given the stretch we just came off of, with so many games."
On Alyssa Thomas's Triple-Double:
"Pretty special, in my time here to be able to watch the number 25's (Marissa Coleman, the other player with a triple-double), twice, be able to have a record like that go down in the history books. That doesn't happen without great teammates and looking for each other."
On the team's defensive effort:
"I thought when we came out, you saw our firepower right away defensively was really, really good. Chloe [Pavlech] is doing a tremendous job locking down the best offensive player out there. I thought she really was able to give Rahneeka [Saunders] fits, in terms of what she was doing. I thought we dominated on the glass, you saw about six offensive rebounds in the first eight minutes. We were really locked in."
On concern for a potential letdown in today's game after a tough stretch:
"I was, just from a fatigue end, but credit these players. I think they are being really smart. We were able to be smart with our practice time. It has been a grueling stretch that we have come out of, especially with three freshmen and a limited bench. We want to be fresh when we play. It says a lot about our mindset to be able to come in and dominate this game the way we were able to."
On her triple-double:
"It's a huge honor. None of it would be possible without my teammates getting out in transition and being able to find them in the open floor."
On how she found out about her closing in on the triple-double:
"I knew that the coaches were telling me that I needed a certain amount of points to get there. They told me to look and get out [on the break]. That's when I found out I was close to a triple-double"
On the celebration with her teammates after she got it:
"That is what is so great about our team, we are all so excited about our successes. They wanted me to get it in the worst way. It took a long time but they were excited for me."
On her post game:
"I think it's about being smart on offense. If I am over the top, than I need to look for my teammates. I have other post players who are capable of scoring. I need to make sure that I look for them too. Also, once we get our post game going it opens up the outside, so we need to look for the kick out to the guards."
