COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Nine members of the top-ranked Maryland women’s lacrosse team were selected to Inside Lacrosse’s preseason All-Americans lists Tuesday.
Junior defender Julia Braig and junior goalie Megan Taylor earned spots on the first team while senior attacker Megan Whittle was selected to the second team. Junior midfielder Jen Giles and sophomore Meghan Doherty were named to the third team and sophomore attacker Kali Hartshorn, junior attacker Caroline Steele, junior midfielder Meghan Siverson and senior defender Kathy Rudkin are honorable mention selections.
The Terrapins feature the most players of any program on the All-American squads.
