COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- The 15th-ranked Maryland women's basketball team (3-2) will take on Kennesaw State (1-4) Friday at 2 p.m. in Miami's Thanksgiving Tournament at the Watsco Center in Coral Gable, Fla.
This is the first matchup for Maryland and Kennesaw State.
The Terrapins dominated Howard, 111-49, Tuesday night at XFINITY Center. Stephanie Jones and Brianna Fraser led six Terps in double figures with 24 points, which was a career-high for each. Fraser added 11 boards. Kristen Confroy scored 19 points with 10 rebounds.
Maryland is ranked No. 15 in the Associated Press poll and in the USA Today Coaches poll released earlier this week.
After Friday's game, the Terrapins will take on Miami (3-1) Sunday at noon at the Hurricanes' Watsco Center in Coral Gables. The Maryland-Miami game will be streamed online through the ACC Network at WatchESPN.com or the Watch ESPN app. Live stats will be available.
