As a Redshirt Sophomore (2014): Made 10 appearances with seven starts … recorded a 2-1 record with a 2.77 ERA … struck out 19 in 39 innings pitched … struck out two in his Maryland debut at James Madison (2/25) ... worked three innings of scoreless relief at Florida State (3/9) ... worked a season-high four scoreless innings of relief against UNC (3/16) ... made his first career start as a Terp at Wake Forest (4/6) ... earned his first win of the season against Navy (4/16) after giving up one run over five innings ... won his third career Terrapin start against Mason (4/23) going five innings with five Ks ... posted career highs in innings pitched (6.0) and strikeouts (4) against James Madison (4/29) ... gave up two runs on three hits in four innings against West Virginia (5/13) ... pitched three innings in game three of the ACC Tournament against North Carolina (5/24).

At Cincinnati: Appeared in 14 ballgames with a team-high 12 starts...named a finalist to the NCBWA Freshman All-America Team on May 30...led team in ERA (3.11) and innings pitched (75.1)...finished 10th in the BIG EAST Conference in ERA, tied for second in fewest doubles allowed (6) and tied for 11th in fewest total runs allowed (33) for all games played...his .244 opponent batting average during league play ranked 11th in the conference...produced five quality starts on the year...named to weekly BIG EAST Honor Roll on April 7 and March 12...posted a streak of 18 2-3 innings without allowing an earned run from March 24 at No. 21 Louisville through April 12 at Notre Dame...struck out eight in just 5.1 innings at Villanova (5/12)...threw a complete-game shutout with seven strikeouts at UConn (5/5)...tossed seven innings, allowing no earned runs vs. USF (4/6)...recorded eight scoreless innings vs. Pitt (5/30)...struck out season-best nine batters in six scoreless innings v. At DeMatha Catholic: A two-time all-Prince George's (Md.) County selection by The Gazette-Star out of DeMatha High School...led team to second place finish in Maryland in 2010, including top finish amongst private schools...went 10-1 with a 1.91 ERA and 122 strikeouts in 77.1 innings pitched final two seasons..led named to 2011 all-Washington Catholic Athletic Conference team...named an all-star by the Maryland State Association of Baseball Coaches after his junior and senior years...played in the 2011 Brooks Robinson All-Star Game at Camden Yards...earned Louisville Slugger Preseason All-American and preseason all-state honors prior to senior season...earned second team all-county honors in 2009.
