COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The Maryland men's golf team will travel to Vero Beach, Fla. this weekend to play in the Quail Valley Collegiate Invitational Monday and Tuesday.
The Terrapins will play in the 54-hole tournament at the Quail Valley Golf Club, which is a par-72 and covers 7,350 yards. Live scoring will be available here.
Maryland will compete against Louisville, Michigan State, South Florida, Cincinnati, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Mississippi State, ULM, Louisiana Tech, Middle Tennessee State, Jacksonville, Memphis, Southern Mississippi and tournament-host McNeese State.
The Terps finished strong as a team and ended up fourth out of 12 teams at the Tar Heel Intercollegiate at UNC's Finley Golf Course earlier this month. Junior Timothy Colanta and redshirt sophomore Evan Santa both tied for 10th, going seven under par total on the weekend.
