As a Freshman (2012): Served as the place-kicker and handled kickoffs for the first nine games … went 2 for 2 in field goal attempts including a 45-yarder against Temple (9/8) … converted on all three PAT attempts vs. Connecticut (9/15) … converted all three PAT attempts against West Virginia (9/22) but missed a 42-yard field goal … connected on field goals of 49 and 52 yards vs. Wake Forest (10/6) becoming the first Terp to connect on a 50-yarder since Travis Baltz in 2010 … also one of just three Terps to hit two field goals of at least 45 yards in a game in the last 12 years (also Baltz and Nick Novak) … made two field goals of 28 and 33 yards against Virginia (10/13) … made two field goals of 36 and 48 yards against NC State (10/20), but missed an extra point and a 33-yarder … missed a 35-yard field goal against Boston College (10/27) … handled kickoff duties against Georgia Tech (11/3), averaging 60 yards per kickoff … kicked a 39-yard field goal and added an extra point vs. Clemson (11/10)… kicked two extra points against Florida State (11/17) … handled place kicking and kickoff duties at North Carolina (11/24), converting five extra points as well as a 27-yard field goal.
At Tabor Christian College: A four-sport athlete in soccer, tennis, track and Australian rules football … learned how to kick playing Australian rules football … rated as the top Australian kicking prospect in the class of 2012 by Chris Sailer kicking.
Personal: Parents are Raymond and Leonie … has two siblings, Alanah and Jacqui … also recruited by Texas Tech and Boston College … majoring in agricultural and resource economics: agribusiness.
