Women's Soccer Ties George Mason, 1-1

FAIRFAX, Va. - Sophomore Jen Biscoe (Baltimore, Md.) scored her first goal of the season as Maryland (4-2-1) came back from a 1-0 deficit to tie George Mason (1-4-1) on Wednesday in double overtime.

George Mason jumped on top 1-0 as Kerri Beck scored off an assist from Erika Webster as she knocked in a loose ball in a scramble in the box in the 8th minute.

Biscoe tied the game as she took a tip pass from Courtney Beirne (Westminster, Md.) and scored in the 38th minute.

The teams played scoreless for the next 82 minutes including a pair of overtime sessions.

The tie was Maryland's since the 1999 season.
