As a Senior (2014): Earned the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award…opened her season with a time of 21:14 to finish 59th at the Lehigh Paul Short Invitational…placed 11th in 22:00 at the Princeton Invitational to lead the Terps…led the Terps over 6K at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 22:17.4…paced Maryland at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a time of 22:02 to finish 59th.

As a Junior (2013): Competed in four races… helped the Terps finish second at the Salty Dog Invitational, placing eighth overall and fourth on the team over 6K (21:40.7)… DNF at the Lehigh Paul Short Run… placed second on the team and 84th overall (22:24.2) over 6K at the 2013 ACC Cross Country Championships in Kernersville, N.C… came in sixth on the team at the 2013 NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional over 6K (23:02).

As a Sophomore (2012): Competed in four events as a sophomore... Best finish was 10th overall and top Terp at the Salty Dog Invitational at Navy... Ran 23:01 over 6K... Best 6K time of season came at Lehigh Paul Short Run, where she again led Terps with 21:58 clocking and 91st-place finish... Finished 72nd overall and 3rd on team at ACC Championships in 22:45... Ran in 5th spot on team and 111th overall in 23:05 in NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional at Penn State.

As a Freshman (2011): Ran in five events for Maryland as a freshman... Strong collegiate debut with 4th-place finish and 2nd on the team at Mount St. Mary's Duals (18:34.6 over 5K)... Followed with 11th-place finish and tops on the team at Salty Dog Invitational, going 22:39.1... Best 6K time of year came in ACC Championships at Clemson, placing 62nd overall and third on team in 22:16.7... Third on the team and 51st overall at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, finishing in 23:18.3.... Also 3rd on team in 22:30 at Lehigh Paul Short Run.

Before Maryland: Won Virginia State title outdoors in 800 as both a senior and junior at Edison HS after placing second as a sophomore... Posted PR of 2:08.99 to win 800 as a senior and set new state record... Won the 1,600 at the Nike Spring Invitational in 2011... Best mark in 1,000 came as a senior at Virginia Tech HS Invitational with 2:58.09... Had 5,000-meter time of 17:50.70 to finish second at Northern Regional Cross Country meet... Two-time individual champion at Glory Days Invitational in cross country... National Honor Society member and a Red Cross volunteer.

Personal: Born in Frankfurt, Germany... Majoring in kinesiology... Parents are Rhonda Seales and Bernard Hicks... Likes coconut water before every event... Lists her parents and older brother Shaeban as non-sports heroes... Likes to crochet... Selected Maryland over Georgetown and Miami... Would cast Gabrielle Union in the movie of her life... Title of her autobiography would be "Me-Oh-Myah."
