2013 INDOOR TRACK - Season best time in the 3000 meters at Night at the Armory (10:26.60)...Placed 8th...Finished 16th in the mile at Nittany Lion Challenge (5:38.50).

2010 INDOOR TRACK - Season best in mile came at Terrapin Indoor Invitational with 5:34.54 mark... Ran 11:02.85 in the 3,000 at the Patriot Games to finish eighth.

BEFORE MARYLAND - Attending Maryland on a Banneker Key full academic scholarship... Valedictorian at Franklin HS in Reisterstown... Maryland Distinguished Scholar Semifinalist... Earned Scholar-Athlete Award and was Varsity All-Academic honoree for nine seasons (GPA of 3.75 or better)... Four-year letterwinner in cross country... XC team captain as junior and senior... All-Baltimore County in 2008... Ninth individually aat 2008 Class 3A State Meet... Three-year letterwinner outdoors... Baltimore County 400-meter champ as a freshman...
