As a Senior in 2015: Returned as one of the top defenders in the country ... led the fifth-ranked scoring defense in the country that allowed just 7.27 goals per game ... two-time Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week (2/23, 4/6) ... recorded 30 ground balls and 23 caused turnovers ... notched one assist three times vs. JMU (3/21), Florida (3/14) and William & Mary (2/15)  ... recorded four ground balls and caused three turnovers vs. North Carolina (2/22) … caused two turnovers in consecutive games vs. Princeton (4/8), Rutgers (4/4) and Georgetown (4/1) … picked up three ground balls against Georgetown (4/1), JMU (3/21) and Towson (3/11) ... posted two caused turnovers and three ground balls at Johns Hopkins (3/15) ... caused two turnovers vs. Penn State (4/23) ... picked up two ground balls and caused one turnover vs. Northwestern (5/17) and North Carolina (5/24) ... team captain.

As a Junior in 2014: Tewaaraton finalist…IWLCA First Team All-American...ACC Defender of the Year...First Team All-ACC...IWLCA, Inside Lacrosse and National Defender of the Year…twice named ACC Defensive Player of the Week…one of the top defenders in the country…secured two or more ground balls in 11 wins including victories against UMBC  (2/14), Syracuse (3/10), Penn (3/19), James Madison (3/22), Towson (3/26), Boston College (3/29), and Virginia (4/13)…posted two or more caused turnovers on six occasions… registered 36 ground balls and 19 caused turnovers in 2014…Terrapin defense is limiting opponents to 7.95 goals per game…had six draw controls...was second on the team in groundballs with 36.

As a Sophomore in 2013: One of Maryland's top defenders...started in all 23 games...saw playing time in the season opener against Richmond (2/10)... earned two ground balls and forced one turnover against Syracuse (2/17)... caused one turnover against Virginia (3/1)... earned a game-high four ground balls, three draw controls and caused three turnovers against Hofstra (3/3)... earned two ground balls against Penn State (3/9)... earned a ground ball against Stony Brook (3/17) and two against William & Mary (3/20)... tallied two draw controls against James Madison (3/23)... caused a turnover and scooped a ground ball against Penn (3/30)... earned two ground balls and caused a turnover against UNC (4/6)...finished the season with 29 ground balls, 10 draw controls and 11 caused turnovers.

As a Freshman in 2012: Started all 23 games for Maryland ... tallied two draw controls against William & Mary (2/12) ... scored a goal and tallied two draw controls against Delaware (2/16) ... had a ground ball and a caused turnover at No. 17 Penn State ... racked up two draw controls and one ground ball against Duke (2/25) ... had a ground ball, caused one turnover and tallied two draw controls against No. 6 Virginia (3/2)...notched three ground balls and a pair of caused turnovers against Penn (3/30)...went eight consecutive games with a ground ball from 2/16 to 3/17...notched two caused turnovers against Virginia Tech (4/14)...recorded two ground balls each against Virginia Tech (4/20) and Duke (4/21) in the ACC tournament.

Prep: Scored over 100 goals and tallied over 200 takeaways while starting every game at Rumson Fair Haven Regional High MVP in 2010 and best defensive player in 2009...Under Armour All-American...A Central Champions and Shore Conference Champions in 2010...Three-time first team All-Shore Conference...also All-League defender in soccer.

Personal:Born November 10, 1992... daughter of Douglas and Deborah Douty... has two brothers, Sean and Matthew...hobbies include boating and cooking... plans to become a physical therapist one day... came to Maryland because of "the athletics and the college atmosphere"... major is kinesiology.
