As a Junior in 2013: Contributed to the defensive play to help the Terps top Richmond 12-3 in season opener (2/10)... notched one goal against Duke (2/24)... scored a goal against William & Mary (3/20) and Towson (3/26).

As a Sophomore in 2012: Played in 22 games for Maryland, earning starts in eight...tallied a ground ball and forced a turnover in a win against Delaware (2/16)...tallied a goal against Richmond (3/13) and Stony Brook (3/20)...picked up a pair of caused turnovers vs. Richmond...notched assists against Boston College (3/17) and James Madison (3/24)....recorded one goal and one caused turnover against Virginia Tech in the ACC quarterfinals (4/20)

As a Freshman in 2011: Appeared in 21 of Maryland's 23 games, earning starts in three...scored first career goal as a Terp against George Mason (3/8) and added a pair of assists as well...also tallied goals against No. 20 Boston College (3/20), No. 10 James Madison (3/26) and N. 14 Dartmouth (5/1)...registered two goals in a win against No. 8 Penn (4/1)...ended the season with six goals and three assists...also had eight ground balls and four caused turnovers as a rookie. Prep:Three-sport star in basketball, soccer and lacrosse at Seton Keough...named MVP in soccer and lacrosse her junior year...first team all-city...tabbed to All-Tewaaraton watch list.

Personal: Born September 29, 1992...daughter of Harry and Ferma Mendez... has two brothers, Harry Jr., who played lacrosse at Mt. St. Mary's, and Joey...came to Maryland because "the atmosphere is so welcoming and it feels like such a family"...craziest ambition is to become a singer...undecided on major.
