As a Redshirt Junior in 2014: Started in 23 of 24 games in the net…notched a near school-record 21 saves against Penn State, earning ACC Defensive Player of the Week honors…surrendered 170 goals on the year while making 129 saves…spotless undefeated record in the cage.

As a Redshirt Sophomore in 2013: Appeared in four games, notching 10 saves while surrendering 13 goals...had three saves in season opener against Richmond (2/10)... fielded a ground ball and caused a turnover against UMBC (3/5)... earned three saves against William & Mary (3/20).

As a Freshman in 2012: Saw playing time against William & Mary (2/12), Delaware (2/16), Towson (3/27) and Virginia Tech (4/14)...registered career-high two saves against Towson...boasted 7.04 goals against average.

Prep: Three-year starter in lacrosse and also started one year in basketball...as a junior, was first team all-county...holds the school record for most saves (114) and best save percentage (56.4%)... also played for Hero's Club Lacrosse.

Personal: Born August 26, 1992...daughter of Gary and Jo Ann Clipp...father, Gary, was All-American in lacrosse at UMBC ...has two brothers, Scott, who is a graduate of Maryland, and Patrick...also has two sisters, Becky, who was an All-American in lacrosse at Maryland, and Ann...member of the National Honor Society and volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House...came to Maryland because "it seemed like the perfect fit"...lists her sister Becky as her hero...undecided on major.
