WALLACE, N.C. - After the first two rounds at the River Landing Intercollegiate, senior Sean Bosdosh went one-under par to lead the Maryland men's golf team and wind up tied for fifth on the leaderboard.
Bosdosh went two-under in his first round Friday, then went one-over in his second round to finish one-under with a score of 143 on the day.
Andrew Stein shot a three-over 75 in his first round of 18, then bounced back to go one-under in the second round. He closed day two tied for eighth in the standings with a two-over score of 146. Connor Tendall also finished the first day in the top 20, as he went one-over in the first round then four-over in the second for a five-over score of 149.
The Terrapins will tee off in the third and final round of the River Landing Intercollegiate at the River Landing Golf Course in Wallace, N.C. Saturday. They will begin at 7:40 a.m. The River Landing Intercollegiate is hosted by East Carolina and UNC Wilmington. Along with ECU and UNCW, the rest of the field includes Campbell, George Mason, Loyola (Md.), Richmond, Tulsa, VCU and Winthrop.
