Frese on DeVaughn: "Alicia is our best defensive player and I was really happy that she was voted on to the ACC All-Defensive team last season. She has terrific instincts and she knows how to cover up other people's mistakes. She's a great teammate and has a terrific sense of humor. She had a tremendous offseason and I think our fans will see that growth on the court this year."
