Frese on Rutan: "Katie hit a lot of big shots against us in practice last year. I'm really glad we can reverse her jersey and let her do some damage for us the next two seasons. She doesn't need a lot of time or space to get one off and she hits dagger shots. She has a terrific feel for finding spaces on the floor and is very savvy. She's brought so many intangibles to our team that she made us better without ever playing one second for us. She's also a student in Maryland's prestigious business school, which is really tough to get admitted to."
