COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Creig Northrop Team of Long & Foster Real Estate has continued its support of University of Maryland Athletics and helped the military and their families through the USO of Metropolitan Washington all season long with the Hoops for Heroes program.
Throughout the 2011-2012 regular season, for each three-pointer scored by the Maryland men's basketball team, the Creig Northrop Team of Long & Foster Real Estate donated $100 to the USO of Metropolitan Washington.
This year, the Terps made 160 three-pointers, and The Creig Northrop Team of Long & Foster Real Estate donated $16,000 to the USO-Metro. The University of Maryland would like to thank The Creig Northrop Team of Long & Foster Real Estate for its continuous support of the athletic program and the USO of Metropolitan Washington.
