KRUGER ON DAVEY
"I think that Lindsay has positioned herself to be one of the league's top setters. Her individual technique improvement – and understanding the players that she is setting to, and how to best highlight their strengths and minimize their weaknesses – is what should set her senior season apart from her first three years. I think she is poised to be absolutely at her very best. She's setting the ball very well. The strategy is there. It will take this preseason to fine-tune the connections with our newer players and get them into our offense. She's in a position to really have an impact. She's a strong, determined competitor who wants to win. She has the experience of running our offensive system, combining the fast tempo and rhythm of a sound combination attack. She understands her role as the playmaker for the team. Lindsay’s ability to strategize on her feet will be an important factor as we compete in the tough ACC schedule."
