COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland men's golf team will travel to compete in the Seahawk Intercollegiate starting Sunday, March 23rd. The two-day tournament, hosted by the University of North Carolina-Wilmington, will be played at Nicklaus Golf Course at the Landfall Country Club.
The Terps will look to build on their season and gain experience with the ACC Championships only a month away. Junior Sean Bosdosh continues to lead Maryland with a 71.5 average this spring and a 71.35 for the year. The Clarksburg, Md. native will look to continue his streak of eight straight tournaments with a top-20 finish, dating back to last year's ACC championships.
In addition to Maryland and UNCW, the tournament will feature Campbell, Old Dominion, VCU, Columbia, Davidson, Kent State, Coastal Carolina, Ohio State, East Carolina, and Delaware.
The teams will play 36 holes on Sunday at the par-72, 6,877 yard-course, and the final 18 on Monday. Tournament updates will be posted periodically after each day.
