GREENSBORO, N.C. - Juniors Stephen Bosdosh and Sean Brannan of the Maryland men's golf team have been named to the 2011 All-ACC Academic Team, the league announced Tuesday.

Bosdosh, who is majoring in economics, competed in three individual events last season, his first with the Terps after transferring from Montgomery College. Brannan, also an economics major, competed in all seven events for Maryland in the spring. He had a season-best seventh-place finish at the Penn Quaker Invitational in April to help the Terps take second place.

Maryland joined Duke, Wake Forest, Clemson and NC State as the schools with multiple members on the team. Duke led the way with five players represented.

To be eligible for consideration for the All-ACC Academic team, a student-athlete, regardless of classification, must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during his academic career.
