Maryland drops first game of Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic, 13-1

As a freshman (2013): Made 14 appearances and one start in the circle before missing the rest of the season to mono...pitched 28.1 innings and allowed 21 earned runs with 25 strikeouts...held Oregon State to two hits and no runs as a reliever (Feb. 21)...in 2.1 innings vs. #8 California, allowed four hits, but held the Golden Bears scoreless (Feb. 23).

Before Maryland: Played varsity for four seasons at Gordon Lee High School...her record in the circle was 71-1...team won two Class "A" state titles...team also won regionals all four years...two-time Class "A" Pitcher of the Year...Walker County Player of the Year...named to all-state team three times...named to all-region team in all four years...twice named to the Chattanooga Times Free Press Dream Team...named to both the Georgia All-Star game and the Georgia-Tennessee All-Star game...played for Dana Mull...also played for the East Cobb Bulletts and coach Michael Syrop.
