COLLEGE PARK, MD. - The University of Maryland Softball team will host a Holiday Clinic this winter from December 21-23 on campus in College Park. Participants will have the opportunity to improve their skills and work closely with Head Coach Laura Watten and the rest of the Terrapin Softball team.
The clinic will take place over three days with sessions held in both Cole Field House and "the bubble," Maryland's indoor training facility. Training will be between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. each day, and include both offensive and defensive skills work.
Softball players between the ages of 12-18 are encouraged to apply. Participants who register by November 16 will pay a total cost of $275. For more information, please see the attached flier. To register, please visit terpssoftball.com.
Our mission at Laura Watten's Softball Camp is to provide the most in-depth and holistic softball experience. Our camps will emphasize fundamentals that will allow young people the arena to reach their maximum potential. Our camp is a great place to improve your softball skills, compete against good quality athletes, and at the same time be surrounded and instructed by some of the best coaches and athletes in the country.
