The Maryland women’s lacrosse team will host four playing dates as part of its 2013 fall schedule, released Wednesday.
The Terps, who advanced to their fifth straight NCAA Final Four last season, will begin the fall slate with games against UMBC and Virginia Sept. 29 at the Field Hockey & Lacrosse Complex. Maryland then heads down the road to Episcopal High School for the annual Play for Parkinson’s Tournament where it will face Georgetown, James Madison and Duke Oct. 6.
Maryland concludes the fall season with three home dates. On Oct. 10, the Terps play host to Vanderbilt before hosting San Diego State, Loyola and Rutgers Oct. 13. The slate wraps up with a battle against Florida Oct. 19.
The Terps will aim for a sixth consecutive ACC title in their final year as a member of the conference before moving to the Big Ten in the fall of 2014.
