2005 CROSS COUNTRY - Finished second on the team and 33rd overall at the Great American Cross Country Festival with a mark of 25:57.10... ran to a 59th-place finish at the ACC Championship meet (25:34.20).

2005 OUTDOOR TRACK - Was an IC4A and NCAA Regional qualifier in the 3,000 meter steeplechase... placed ninth at the IC4A Championships with a season-best time of 9:03.51... ran 9:08.07 at the ACC Championships and placed eighth... had a second-place finish at the Navy Invitational in 9:31.87... posted a time of 9:46.26 at the NCAA East Regional and finished 34th... Had a 17th-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the ACC Championships at 15:01.29... ran a 3:57.43 in the 1,500 meters at the Morgan State Legacy meet and placed fourth.

2005 INDOOR TRACK - Competed in the 800 meters, 1,000, mile and 3,000... an IC4A qualifier in the 3,000 meters, running 8:29.27 at the Penn State National Open... finished 21st at the ACC Championships in 8:38.12... also placed 14th in the 800 meters at the ACC Championships at 1:56.15... season-best time of 2:35.29 in the 1,000 at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

2004 CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in all seven of the team's races... top two times of the season came in consecutive meets when finished fifth overall at the ACC Pre-Meet and 11th at the JMU Invitational... ran a 26:17.46 at the JMU Invite, his best time of the season.

2004 OUTDOOR TRACK - Ran the 1,500 and the 3,000 steeplechase... posted the team's best steeplechase time of 9:57.84 in finishing 15th at the ACC Championships... finished 13th in the 1,500 at the Terrapin Invitational, running 4:04.16.

2004 INDOOR TRACK - Had the team's top 3,000-meter time of the season at the ACC Championships, running a 8:27.47 to finish eighth... ninth place at the Meyo Invitational in 8:34.00... finished ninth in the 3,000 at the Penn State Invitational, posting his third-best time of the season (8:36.65).

BEFORE MARYLAND - Lettered four times in cross country at Mt. Hebron High School... helped lead team to county and regional championships all four years... broke Howard County high school 2-mile record three consecutive years... named All-County and All-Metro three years... earned MVP honors twice... captained Mt. Hebron's team three years in a row... member of the honor roll.
