2005 INDOOR TRACK - Placed 21st at ACC Indoor 5K with season-best 18:12.85... also finished 31st at ACCs with 10:37.69 in 3,000... season-best 3K indoors was a 10:31.65 on the banks at the New Balance Collegiate.

2004 CROSS COUNTRY - Started the year with two top-10 finishes, including a season-best fourth place finish at the ACC Pre-Meet... finished eighth overall at the JMU Invitational, running 5k in 20:22... posted a solid finish at the ACC Championships, running to a 40th-place finish in 23:28.8 (6.3k).

2004 OUTDOOR TRACK - Competed in the 1,500 and 5,000-meter runs... finished eighth in the 1,500 at the Tar Heel Opener, running a 4:53.42... ran a 4:54.98 in the 1,500 meters to finish eighth at the Terrapin Invitational... had the team's fourth-best 5,000-meter time of the season, running a 18:15.72 to finish 20th at the ACC Championships.
