2004 Cross Country- Was among the Terps' most consistent runners, competing in six of the team's seven races... started the year with three consecutive top 10 finishes, finishing ninth at the Mount St. Mary's Duals (5k), ninth at the JMU Invitational (8k) and third at the ACC Pre-Meet (8k)... best 8k time of the year came at the ACC Championships when he ran a team-best 26:04.7 to finish 30th overall.
As a Junior: Indoor- Ran a 8:51.44 in the 3000 meters at the Penn State Invitational... finished second on the team and 13th overall in the 5000 meters at the ACC Championships, running a 15:18.01...Outdoor- Ran a season-best 3000-meter time of 8:37.17 in finishing second in a meet at North Carolina... finished fifth in the 3000 meters at the JMU Invitational, posting a time of 8:42.98.
As a Sophomore: Did not compete.
As a Freshman: Was the Terps' top-finishing freshman at the Navy Invitational on Sept. 8 with a time of 27:04.50 ... posted his fastest time of the season at the ACC Preview meet on Sept. 29, finishing in 17th place ... finished 14th at the Maryland Invitational on Oct. 13 with a time of 27:22.95.
Before Maryland: Attended Shawnee High School in Medford, N.J., where he won varsity letters in cross country ... was the captain of his team in 2000 ... was selected to the all-South Jersey team ... also participated in winter and spring track.
