Anwah had a throw of 50-07.25 to place fifth, beating her previous high by almost a foot. Gregory's mark of 47-01.00 placed her 14th and shattered her previous best of 45-10.50. Both marks qualified the seniors for the ECAC Championships, while Anwah's throw also met the NCAA provisional mark. Teammate Ashley Williams also placed in the event, coming in 17th with a throw of 45-03.50, which was also an ECAC mark.
In the 800 meters, Libby Babcock also posted a career-best, with a time of 2:16.24 and placed 17th. Her time was also a season-best for the Terps. Melissa Mark placed 26th in the same event, with a time of 2:17.89.
On the men's side, Sal Delhierro led the Terrapins with his eighth-place finish in the shot put, which was another career-best mark. His throw of 54-09.25 was an IC4A-qualifying mark and beat his previous best of 53-03.50. Freshman Geoff Goidell placed 31st in the event with a mark of 49-07.25. That mark was also a career-best for him.
