BEFORE MARYLAND - Washington Catholic Athletic Conference champion in both hurdle events as a senior... Ran 14.93 to win 100H and PR of 44.19 to win 300 hurdles... Also ran on 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams that won WCAC titles in 2013 outdoors... Also earned WCAC hurdle titles as a junior and was 300 hurdles champ as a sophomore... All-region pick as sophomore, junior and senior... Gazette Runner of the Year in 2013... Conference MVP and All-Met pick... High school coach was Omar Wilkins... Seton has won seven straight titles... Earned Carlos Alexander Spirit Award and Director's Award for participation in band... Other pre-Maryland PRs - 200m (26.47), 400m (57.13 outdoors, 58.58 indoors), 500m (1:20.32), 55 hurdles (8.32), 60 hurdles (9.10), 100 hurdles (14.35).

PERSONAL - Majoring in kinesiology... Parents are Kelly and Darrell Tucker... Once won a hot dog eating contest... Lists Queen Harrison as her sports heroine and Beyonce as her non-sports heroine... Growing up she pretended to be Beyonce of the track... Hoping for a career as an occupational therapist... Came to Maryland to learn from an Olympic coach (Andrew Valmon)... Selected Maryland over Syracuse, Memphis, Arkansas and Nebraska... Thinks Jada Pinkett-Smith should play her in a movie of her life.
