Cirovski on Rickert: “Reed’s conversion to defender will be very interesting to watch. Reed’s an athletic and hard-working guy. He’s grown a lot in the last two years in terms of his tactical understanding and his level of commitment to becoming a top college player. He now realizes what it takes and is doing the work. His conversion to defender should utilize some of his greatest technical and tactical abilities and he could flourish as a big-time defender.”
