2014 OUTDOOR TRACK: Had a successful season in the triple jump marked by a third-place finish at the ACC Outdoor Championships in a season-best 49-07.75...placed 15th at the Pepsi Florida Relays (48-11.50)...finished ninth (east) at the Penn Relays (47-09.75)...jumped 47-07.25 at the ECAC Outdoor Championships to finish 11th...finished second at the UTEP Springtime Meet (47-07.25)...placed third at the Kehoe Twilight (47-05.25)...won the Maryland Invitational (46-07.50).
2014 INDOOR TRACK: Season-best 7.42 in the 60m at the Terrapin Invitational...placed 7th in the long jump at the Terrapin Invitational (21-00.00)...notched a second-place finish in the triple jump at the Penn State Relays (50-06.25)...placed third at the Doc Hale VT Elite (48-04.50).

BEFORE MARYLAND – Spent two seasons at Temple University where he placed second in the triple jump at the A-10 Outdoor Championships in 2013 and third place in 2012…also fifth-place at IC4A, seventh place at junior nationals.
MEADE HS - Competed for coaches Nigel Holder and Thomas Dunn while at Meade Senior High School…the Mighty Mustangs were 3A State Champions, 3A Regional Champions and Anne Arundel County Champions in indoor and outdoor track in 2008…4A East Regional Champions in 2009…Anne Arundel County Champions in 2009 and 2010…was Anne Arundel Country triple jump champion in outdoor track in both 2010 and 2011…secured personal-best marks of 46’9 in the triple jump and 21’9 in the long jump…also a junior Olympic qualifier for Glenarden Track Club & Hummingbird Track Club.
PERSONAL – Son of David and Debra Holland…chose Maryland for the “coaching, facilities, education standards, beauty of campus and closeness to home”…career ambition is to start a non-profit organization and advocate for public health legislature…major is community health.
