As a redshirt junior (2015): Saw action all 23 games and started in 21, despite playing through a broken hand and broken toe during the year...added an assist in Terps' season opener at Temple (Aug. 28)...scored Terps' first goal and assisted on the second that tied the game to force overtime in match vs #13 Boston College (Sept. 4)...scored Maryland's only goal, with less than one second on the clock, to force overtime in game vs. #4 Duke (Sept. 6)...notched three assists in 6-1 rout of American (Sept. 13)...added an assist in Terps' 5-2 win over New Hampshire (Sept. 20)...scored Maryland's first two goals, both in the first half, in 3-0 win over #20 Princeton (Sept. 22)...assisted on game-winner with pass to Luus in early second half of 2-1 win over #18 Michigan (Sept. 25)...assisted on Terps' second goal in 5-1 win over Michigan State (Sept. 27)...scored and added an assist in Terps' 5-2 win at Ohio State (Oct. 2)...picked up two assists in Maryland's 6-2 win at Miami (Ohio) (Oct. 4)...part of team that swept Big Ten regular season and tournament titles.
As a redshirt sophomore (2014): Saw action in every game and started in one...assisted on Terps' first goal off pass to Fluharty in 4-2 win at #18 Michigan State (Sept. 28)...scored Terps last goal in 6-0 win over Ohio State (Oct. 3)...added Maryland's final goal in 9-0 rout of Pennsylvania off a penalty corner in the 52nd minute (Oct. 12)...scored Maryland's sixth goal off a pass from Fluharty in 50th minute in 8-2 win at #19 Indiana (Oct. 24)...picked up a goal and an assist for three points in Terps' 8-1 rout of American (Oct. 29)…scored only goal in Terps' 1-0 win over #5 Penn State in Big Ten Tournament semifinals…part of team that won first Big Ten championship in school history.
As a redshirt freshman (2013): Saw action in every game and started in one...scored first career goal and added first career assist in same game... in 54th minute vs. Columbia when she took it in herself for first career score (Sept. 14)...added a goal in 25th minute when she tipped in Witmer's shot vs. Miami (Ohio) (Sept. 15)...scored Terps' second goal for a 2-0 lead in the 46th minute in 4-1 win at #7 UMass (Sept. 29)...64 seconds into the second half, tipped in Fluharty's pass for Maryland's second goal in 3-1 win over #9 Princeton (Oct. 11)...finished off Hayn's pass with 6:53 to play for second goal in 2-0 win at American (Oct. 13)...made first career start at #7 Duke and assisted on Terps' fourth goal in 5-1 win to close the regular season (Nov. 2)...scored Terrapins' second goal for 2-0 lead before halftime in eventual 3-2 overtime win over #8 Duke in ACC Semifinals (Nov. 8)...member of 2013 ACC Championship team.

Before Maryland: Four-year letterwinner and three-year varsity starter for Warwick...led Warwick to state runner-up in her senior season and an L-L League title...named to the NFHCA's All-Region First Team, the All-State First Team and the L-L All-League First Team as a senior...been a member of the U.S. Futures program since 2008 and in 2011, competed in the Nationals Futures Championships...since 2009, she has been selected into Futures Elite.
Personal: Emma Michelle Rissinger...parents are Troy and Robyn Rissinger...has two siblings, Matt and Isaac...dad played baseball at York College...has to have her gray headband for games...enjoys longboarding...came to Maryland because she loved everything about it...also considered Michigan State, Louisville and New Hampshire.
