As a Redshirt Freshman (2010): Saw action at right tackle in five games, including three starts, for an offense which ranked 29th in the FBS in scoring (32.2 ppg) and tied for fifth nationally in fewest turnovers (15) ... made his collegiate debut against Morgan State (9/11) ... saw significant action against West Virginia (9/18) after a season-ending injury to Justin Gilbert ... made his first start against FIU (9/25) and helped the Terps tally a season-high 419 yards of total offense ... helped the Terps post 302 passing yards against Clemson (10/16) ... involved in a traffic accident two days prior to the Boston College game (10/23/10) and missed the rest of the year ... fractured both of his lower legs in the accident.
