As a Redshirt Freshman (2011): Saw action in one game … replaced an injured Nick Ferrara in the season finale vs. NC State (11/26) … averaged 34.0 yards on three punts, two which were fair caught … also kicked off four times with one touchback … served as the No. 1 holder  for all 12 games. 

As a Freshman (2010): Redshirted … served as a reserve place-kicker and punter.

At Mallard Creek High School: A 2008 and 2009 all-conference selection … 2009 Charlotte Observer all-state selection … 2009 special teams MVP for team … ranked by as the #1 high school punter in NC for 2009 … coached by Mike Palmieri.
