Meggett Reaches Top 10: Senior Davin Meggett moved into a tie for 10th on Maryland's career rushing yards list with 99 yards today. Meggett, who came into the game 11th in school history, moved into a tie for 10th with Willie Joyner (2,140; 1980-83).
Chism's Interception: Cameron Chism intercepted Boston College quarterback Chase Rettig's pass as the first half expired, marking the third interception of the season for the senior. That's tied for a team high with Dexter McDougle. Chism now has seven career interceptions, which is tied for the most on the team with Kenny Tate.
Sloppy Conditions: Rain and snow fell throughout the game, contributing to a combined six turnovers, with Boston College committing four (one interception, three lost fumbles) and the Terps committing two (both interceptions).
