Fox, Tendall Lead Terps at ODU/OBX Invitational

POWELLS POINT, N.C. - Freshman Victor Fox and junior Connor Tendall led Maryland through a strong second round all around at the ODU/OBX Golf Invitational in Powells Point, N.C. Monday. As a team, the Terrapins improved their score by 10 strokes.

Fox, who went one-under par with his score of 70 in Sunday's first round, parred the 18 holes Monday to end the day tied for eighth on the leaderboards. Tendall shot his best round of the season with a score of 70 to sit at one-over par overall in 12th. 

Junior Ben Warnquist went two-over in Monday's round, after going three-over Sunday. Senior Sean Bosdosh rebounded after hit +6 performance Sunday to par Monday's 18 holes. Sophomore Tom Harris improved his score by nine strokes, shooting an 81 Sunday to a one-over 72 Monday.

As a team, the Terrapins took 284 strokes Monday to sit in seventh out of 18 teams.

The third round will be played Tuesday at 8 a.m. Live scoring will not be available.
