As a Redshirt Senior (2016-17): Qualified for the NCAA Championships at 133 pounds with an AQ bid from the Big Ten Championships…Academic All-Big Ten…team captain…won the ninth place match at the Big Ten Championships 7-5 in sudden victory over Eli Stickley (Wisconsin), to punch his ticket to first NCAA Championship…won three matches in total at B1Gs, twice majoring Jason Ipsarides (Northwesten)…went 16-15 on the year, holding a 12-9 mark at 133 pounds…started the year at 141, winning a match at the Southeast Open…won match over Columbia’s Jacob Macalolooy by major decision at Grapple at the Garden (11/27)…dropped down to 133 at Midlands, upending two seeded opponents in the opening rounds (12/29)…pinned Tyson Dippery (4:17) and beat Scott Delvecchio of Rutgers to advance at Midlands (12/29)…majored Cody Lambert (Navy), 10-0 (1/8)…picked up first Big Ten dual win over Austin Eicher (Michigan State)…knocked off Luke Welch (Purdue) in tiebreaker, 3-2 (1/20)…rattled off four-match dual win streak from 2/3-2/18…won his final three Big Ten dual matches which included a fall over Penn State’s Tristan Law (2/12)…became first wrestler to pin a Nittany Lion at Rec Hall since December 14, 2014.

As a Redshirt Junior (2015-16): 17 overall wins tied for second on the team…six pins ranks fourth on the team…opened season with fall over Billy McClelland (Davidson) at Terrapin Duals (11/1)…went 3-1 at Bearcat Open (11/8)…took third at the Wolfpack Open (11/22) going 4-1 overall at the tournament…posted two pins and five straight victories at the Nittany Lion Open (12/6)…went 2-2 at Midlands Championships, where he pinned Wisconsin’s Luke Rowh at 3:52…won a tiebreaker at Navy over Nicholas Gil (1/22)…pinned Luke Lowh again on February 14 at 6:05.  

As a Redshirt Sophomore (2014-15): Went 9-2 overall and 2-0 in duals at 133 pounds...notched three falls in his first five matches...went 3-1 at TCNJ Open (11/22). 

As a Redshirt Freshman (2013-14): Finished 13-10 overall with a 5-7 mark in duals at 125 pounds...posted two pins and four technical falls...won decision in season opener over Kutztown's Tom Traxler (11/3)...notched fall over Micah Powel of Alderson (11/3)...went 7-1 at the Roadrunner Open (11/18)...finished 2-2 at Midlands (12/29)...notched a victory over No. 20-ranked Nathan Kraisser of North Carolina (1/24).  

As a Freshman (2012-13): Served a redshirt season wrestling in open competition at 125 pounds ... finished with a 6-10 record ... earned two wins apiece at the Wilkes Open and F&M Open.

Before Maryland: Four-year letterwinner at Council Rock South High School...helped lead the Golden Hawks to fourth place at the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) AAA state championships...was a three-time state medalist and two-time champion...captured the state title at 113 pounds as a senior with a 12-0 major decision in the a junior, won the PIAA AAA title at 103 pounds.
