As a Redshirt Freshman (2012-13): Went 18-10 mostly wrestling at 133 pounds in open competition with four pins ... appeared in one dual taking on Shawn Nagel of Nebraska in the Grapple at the Garden ... tallied four pins and two technical falls, tied for fourth most on the team ... placed fifth at the Brockport/Oklahoma Classic with a pin of Brockport's Asher Kramer ... went 4-2 including a 16-0 tech fall over VMI's Brandon Goodwyn in the consolation semifinals at the F&M Open to place fourth ... finished third at the Messiah Open winning five matches.
As a Freshman (2011-12): Served a redshirt season...went 1-3 at 125 pounds in open competition...recorded a technical fall over Steven Cox of The Citadel in the opening round of the National Collegiate Open (2/26).
Before Maryland: Four-year letterwinner at Westmont Hilltop...won the district championship in 2011...regional runner-up...qualified for the state tournament...finished second in the region and district in 2010...fourth place finish at the state tournament...2009 district and region runner-up...finished third in the state...finished fourth, fifth and seventh at the POWERade...placed fourth twice at Mount Mat Madness.
