Terps Finish at Lady Buckeye Spring Invite

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Maryland women's golf team finished at the Lady Buckeye Spring Invitational in Columbus, Ohio at the Ohio State University Golf Club.

Sunday’s third and final round was cancelled due to inclement weather. After 36 holes Saturday, the Terrapins finished 11th of 14 teams with a score of 614 (299-315).

Junior Ludovica Farina led the Terps with a score of 151 (77-74), which was seven strokes over par. She tied for 27th.

Sophomore Xiaolin Tian shot a 71 in the first round, then shot an 81 in the second for a score of 152, which was +8. She tied for 36th.

Freshman Laura Van Respaille earned a score of 156 (76-80), which was +12. Junior Ludovica Scandroglio shot a 157 (76-81), which was +13. Freshman Charlotte Lafourcade earned a score of 159 (79-80), and freshman Virunpat Olankitkunchai shot a 161 (76-85).

The Terps will play in the Big Ten Championships April 20-22 in Maineville, Ohio.
