Terps Bring Big Apple Trophy Back to College Park

COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- The Maryland field hockey team won the Big Apple Indoor Tournament title this weekend and Bodil Keus was named the top player in the University Division.

Recent Terp alum Carrie Hanks was named top player in the women's division as a member of the U.S. Developmental Team.

Keus scored five goals in the Terps' six games. Linnea Gonzales scored seven and Kyler Greenwalt and Madison Maguire each scored four. 

The Terrapins competed against squads from Rutgers, Drexel, Albany and Saint Joseph's in the event last weekend in Springfield, Pa.
