  • The win marked Maryland’s first victory against the Hoosiers since 2014, which was Maryland’s first-ever Big Ten win. The Terps and Hoosiers are 2-2 against each other as Big Ten foes
  • Maryland improved to 57-34-4 all-time on Homecoming since the stat was first notated in 1924, including wins in three of the last four
  • The Terps are now averaging 30.6 points per game, including three games of at least 40 points
  • The Terrapins scored 40+ points against a Big Ten opponent for the fourth time as members of the conference – the last was a 50-point effort against Purdue last season (also Homecoming)
  • Junior DJ Moore caught his Big Ten-best eighth touchdown of the season, which is tied for fourth-most in a single-season in Maryland history with Dan Bungori (1971)
    • Moore trails only Torrey Smith (12 – 2010), Jermaine Lewis (9 – 1994) and Marcus Badgett (9 – 1992) in single-season touchdown catches
    • It was also the 17th career touchdown reception of Moore’s career – he ranks fourth in Maryland history in the category, trailing only Jermaine Lewis (21), Torrey Smith (19) and Greg Hill (18)
  • Senior Taivon Jacobs caught a touchdown catch for the third consecutive game
  • Junior safety Darnell Savage, Jr., had a massive game, returning a blocked punt for a touchdown and also notching an interception
    • It was Savage’s second touchdown of the season, as he returned an interception 75 yards against Towson (9/9)
    • Savage now has three interceptions on the seasons – tied for the team lead with JC Jackson
  • Senior Chandler Burkett blocked a PAT – it was the third blocked PAT of his career. He also blocked a field goal earlier this season at Texas.
  • Juniors RaVon Davis and JC Jackson tied for the team lead in tackles with eight each – both were career-highs
