Maryland Travels to Maryb S. Kauth Invite

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland women's golf team will travel to San Antonio, Texas this weekend to compete in the Maryb S. Kauth Invitational, hosted by UTSA.

The Terrapins will compete Sunday, Oct. 22 through Tuesday, Oct. 24 at the Briggs Ranch Golf Club.

The tournament will feature 54 holes during three rounds of play on each day.

Both days begin at 9 a.m. with a shotgun start. Live scoring will be available here.

The Terrapins will compete against Arkansas, Denver, Houston, Kansas State, Middle Tennessee, North Texas, Oklahoma, TCU, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and UTSA.

Last weekend, the Terrapins finished fourth out of 19 teams at the Pinehurst Challenge in Pinehurst, NC.  Sophomore Xiaolin Tian and freshman Laura Van Respaille both finished tied for 12th in the individual standings with scores of 214, which was two-under.
