OPELIKA, Ala. - The Maryland men's golf team finished at Auburn’s Tiger Invitational Monday at the Grand Lake National Course in Opelika, Ala.

Sophomore Timothy Colanta finished tied for 18th with an overall score of 216 (73-72-71), which was even on the weekend.

Junior David Kocher tied for 21st with a combined score of 217 (73-72-72), which was one stroke over par total.

"This was a tough week for us again," head coach Jason Rodenhaver said. "We finished up our second round this morning and we were able to put a good one on the board. I thought we'd carry the momentum into the final round but we just didn't get it done. We'll change the line-up again next week for the Linger Longer and see if we can back to where we were in the fall.

Freshman Bennett Buch went +7 with a score of 223 (74-72-77). Sophomore Reilly Erhardt earned a score of 226 (76-72-78), which was +10. Freshman Peter Knade earned a combined score of 231 (76-76-79)

As a team, the Terps finished with a score of 882 (296-288-298), which was +18 and tied for 15th.
