As a Sophomore (2017): Started at quartertback in the season-opening victory at No. 23 Texas (9/2), before suffering a season-ending injury in the second half ... completed 9-of-12 passes for 175 yards and two touchdowns in addition to rushing for 65 yards and a touchdown before the injury.

As a Freshman (2016): Appeared in 11 games, making one start at quarterback ... Totaled 322 passing yards and two touchdown passes ... Ranked third on team in rushing yards (254) and thirdin rush TDs (4) ... Had a 28-yard touchdown run vs. Rutgers (11/26) ... Played the entire second half vs. #6 Ohio State, completing 7-of-11 passes ... Made first career start against Minnesota (10/15), becoming first true freshman to start for Maryland since 2012. Passed for 161 yards and a touchdown and ran for 71 yards ... Took over for the injured Perry Hills just before halftime at Penn State (10/8), completing 5-of-9 passes and rushing for a touchdown ...
