ADA TICKET FRAUD
Ticket fraud includes but is not limited to the misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revocation of tickets, or ejection.
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium is a violation of facility regulations and may result in the guest being denied admittance ejected, arrested, and/or tickets being revoked. Note that the 'No Alcohol Perimeter' starts when you get in line. Please refer to PROHIBITED ITEMS & BEHAVIOR.
Animals are not permitted inside of Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium with the exception of service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities. Please refer to PROHIBITED ITEMS & BEHAVIOR.
There is an automated teller machine (ATM) located on the Concourse Level (1st level) behind Section 15. Another ATM is located just outside of Gate C, near Ellicott Hall, prior to entering Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium.
All bags are subject to search upon entry and are subject to additional searches within the stadium. Backpacks and bags larger than 8" x 11" x 12" are prohibited. Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. The University of Maryland cannot safeguard items which are not permitted into the stadium. Violators of the rules or any State or City laws will be refused admission or asked to leave. This policy is in effect for all guests who visit Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium.
BANNERS, SIGNS, & FLAGS
Signs must be handheld, event-related, in good taste, and cannot obstruct another guest's view. They may not contain commercial messages, logos, or political endorsements and may not be hung on the stadium structure. Signs or flags on sticks or poles are not permitted. Management reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of stadium policy.
BOTTLES & CANS
It is prohibited to enter Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium with bottles, cans, or other beverage containers. A search will be conducted at the gates to prevent these and other prohibited items from entering the stadium. Please use one of the numerous recycling containers located by each entrance. Please refer to Prohibited Items & Behavior for more information. Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.
Television and radio broadcasts times are generally announced in advance of the game. Game times will be posted on the lacrosse schedule page when confirmed.
Still-cameras may be used at any time provided that their use does not interfere with another guest's ability to enjoy the atmosphere of Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium. However, flash photography is not permitted as it may interrupt play. The use of video cameras is prohibited and these items will not be permitted inside of Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium. Please refer to PROHIBITED ITEMS & BEHAVIOR for more information.
The use of cellular phones is permitted inside of Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium provided that that their use does not interfere with another guest's ability to enjoy the atmosphere inside of the stadium.
CHAIR BACK POLICY
Any portable seat that impedes on the comfort and enjoyment of a fan in an adjacent seat (in front, behind, or to the side) is prohibited. Any stadium seat measuring 16 inches wide or less will fit into any seat in Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium. All seats with arm rests are prohibited.

ELECTRONIC TICKET SCANNING
All tickets will be electronically scanned in order to verify authenticity. Tickets which have been scanned upon entry cannot be used by another guest.
Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest usher, security personnel or police officer. In the event of a stadium emergency pertinent information regarding the emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and on stadium video boards.

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
The Terrapins are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the stadium and in the parking lots. We want all fans attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion.
Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guest and/or persons using their tickets. Even if the season ticket holders give away or sell their tickets to the game, the account holder is accountable for the actions of those using the tickets. Accounts can be forfeited partially or entirely for violations of the Code of Conduct.
Fans who demonstrate inappropriate and disruptive behavior, including the following, are subject to ejection and season ticket holders risk losing their season ticket account and/or parking privileges for:
- Excessive consumption of alcohol
- Obscene, offensive or abusive language and actions
- Fighting, or otherwise dangerous, abusive or profane behavior
- Interfering with other guests ability to see the game
- Smoking inside of Capital one Field at Maryland Stadium
- Scalping or other improper resale of tickets
- Interfering with security procedures
- Interfering with the process of the game or going onto the field
- Throwing any objects onto the field or in the stadium
- Any action warranting ejection and/or confiscation of game tickets by police or stadium security

GATE OPENING TIMES
Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium gates open 1 hour prior to the start of the scheduled game time. Go to the Maryland Athletics homepage at www.umterps.com or call the Maryland Terrapins Ticket Office at 301-314-7070 for more information.
Group tickets and special group experiences are available for all games at Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium. Closed captioning of the game announcements will be available on two ribbon boards on the east end of the stadium if requested two weeks prior to the desired competition. Please submit the request by clicking here.
All of the entrances into Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium on a Lacrosse game day are accessible to our guests with disabilities.
The most convenient parking for fans with disabilities is in the Stadium Drive Garage, adjacent to Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium. On game day, parking for fans with disabilities without season permits is on a first-come, first-served basis and patrons must display valid, state issued accessible tags to park in these spaces.
All restrooms are accessible to our guests with disabilities and equipped with diaper changing stations. Tailgating restrooms are open until two hours prior to game time and are located between Gates G & H on the southwest side of the stadium.
Seating for guests with disabilities is available at the top of Section 28 on the Concourse Level on the south side of the stadium. Guests with disabilities are permitted one companion ticket.

LOST & FOUND
Lost items may be turned into any of the ushers or security personnel around the stadium. Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should call the Facilities, Operations & Events office at 301-314-7126 for more information. Items lost at prior games are held in a secured area for 30 days and are then donated to an appropriate charitable organization. Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Lost children and guests should be taken to the nearest usher or security personnel around the stadium. Parents looking for a lost child should contact the nearest usher or security personnel

The M Club Foundation exists within the University of Maryland Athletic Department to provide former Terrapin athletic letter winners the opportunity to continue to be involved in Maryland Athletics once their eligibility has expired. There are no better ambassadors for Maryland Athletics than those who have competed while wearing the Terrapin colors. The M Club provides these former student athletes with the avenue to give back to the institution that they represented so well.

MEDIA ENTRANCE / WILL CALL
The entrance for the media, Gate J, is located on the south side of Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium to the east of Ticket Booth 6. The Terrapin Team Shop in the XFINITY Center is also open Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. For convenient online shopping, visit the Terrapin Team Shop Online all day, every day at shop.umterps.com.
Only authorized and properly credentialed personnel will be permitted on the field before, during, or after a game. Any unauthorized person going onto the field will be removed from the stadium and subject to arrest.
All parking in Lot Z/1 adjacent to Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium is free after 4pm Monday – Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. There are also two pay-to-park garages near the stadium if Lot Z/1 is not available. Stadium Drive Garage is on the west end of the stadium and Union Lane Garage is on the east end of the stadium.
PLAYER GUEST WILL CALL
Will Call for Home Team Player Guests is located at Gate J on the south side of Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium east of Ticket Booth 6. Identification is required in order to pick up tickets left at the Player Guest Will Call window. PROHIBITED ITEMS & BEHAVIOR
The Big Ten promotes good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. Out of concern for the safety of our guests and employees, the following is prohibited:

All persons / belongings are subject to search. Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. Those who violate rules and regulations and any person(s) who commit illegal acts may be ejected from the facility and jeopardize the ability to attend future events.
Disruptive behavior is not accepted at Maryland Athletics events. Disruptive behavior constitutes actions that diminish other fans ability to enjoy the game day atmosphere including but not limited to: threats, threatening behavior, interfering with other guests' ability to see the game and throwing objects. These actions or any other actions deemed disruptive by stadium staff will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the stadium and other potential consequences include ticket suspension, ticket revocation, arrest and prosecution.
No appeals will be made over the public address system. Requests of an emergency nature should be addressed to the nearest usher or security personnel.

Handheld radios and televisions are permitted inside of Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium as long as they are not larger than 12" x 12" x 12" and do not distract from the enjoyment of other guests. For the comfort of those seated around you, headphones are encouraged.
See ZERO WASTE
Guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket. However, in case of an emergency, a guest may receive a signature on their ticket from a gate supervisor, which will permit a guest to re-enter the stadium at the same gate. Guests that leave the stadium, at any time, without the signature from a gate supervisor, will not be permitted to re-enter the stadium with the same ticket.

The first rows of section 26 will be marked with “Reserved – Student Seating” signs so that all Maryland students can enjoy each game together.

Terp Hosts are a guest relations staff that will work throughout Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium each lacrosse game day. This staff is trained to conduct stadium security, crowd control and of course The Maryland Way. The Maryland Way is about sportsmanship in the stands as well as on the field. Maryland athletics promotes an atmosphere where fans, home and visiting, interact in a positive, thoughtful and friendly way. Maryland athletics has developed a work force called Terp Hosts to prioritize guest relations on football game day. Terp Hosts will be positioned strategically throughout the stadium to welcome fans to each game and provide assistance in helping all of our guests have the most enjoyable experience possible.
TERRAPIN CLUB SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The Terrapin Club Scholarship Fund is composed of alumni, friends and fans of University of Maryland Athletics. Contributions provide athletic scholarship support to our over 500 student-athletes annually. Dr. H.C. "Curly" Maryland, the former football coach who later became University President, recommended the Diamondback Turtle as Maryland's mascot in 1932 in response to the student newspaper's search for an "official" leader. The class of 1933 sponsored as its graduation gift the permanent, bronzed terrapin that watched over McKeldin Mall to this day.

Tyser Tower is located on the south side of Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium. It consists of luxurious suites available for game day use, media operations, and a University suite large enough for 200 invited guests. Only those with proper credentials may enter Tyser Tower during game days. Maryland Athletics, Dining Services, Facilities Management and the Office of Sustainability is embarking on an ambitious and innovative recycling program to transform Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium into a Zero Waste facility by the year 2016. Maryland’s Drive to Zero Waste, which refers to diverting 90% of trash from the landfill by recycling and composting, is a bold endeavor that will require a campus-wide commitment and participation from all of the Terp Nation. Zero Waste stations for recycling and composting will be available throughout the stadium and all items purchased inside the stadium will be either recyclable or compostable to achieve Zero Waste.
