Happy Holidays Terp Nation!

As we close a magical 2014 calendar year for Maryland athletics with an exciting trip to the Bay Area for the Foster Farms Bowl, we’d be reticent not to take a brief look back at an incredible 365-day span for the Terrapins.

I wanted to also take a moment to congratulate the 24 student-athletes who officially earned their degrees last Saturday. The class includes five University of Maryland Dean’s List recipients, nine members of their respective sport all-conference academic teams and 15 Athletic Director’s Honor Roll recipients. The most fulfilling part of our job is when our student-athletes earn their degrees from the University of Maryland. Their tireless commitment and dedication to their academics and respective athletic programs are exemplary.

Good luck to head coach Randy Edsall and the Terps as they take on Stanford on Dec. 30 in the Foster Farms Bowl and continued success to our nationally-ranked men’s and women’s basketball programs in addition to wrestling and gymnastics as they embark on their inaugural Big Ten campaigns.

Wishing you and yours a very happy and healthy holiday and thanks for your continued support of Maryland athletics!

GO TERPS!

Kevin
